Refund & Returns Policy

At Polar Flow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@getpolarflow.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including products that have been installed, used, or are not in resalable condition. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Warranty

All Polar Flow cooling units include a manufacturer warranty (1 to 5 years depending on the model). Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover misuse or accidental damage.
